Ianthe Rose Cochrane-Stack revealed the disgusting abuse she received in the wake of Liverpool’s 3-1 loss to Real Madrid, including trolls threatening to stab her.
The 27-year-old has appeared in reality TV show Made in Chelsea.
According to the Daily Star, Ianthe described the vile abuse she’s been subjected to on social media while also claiming she’s been single for ‘a year’ despite being spotted with Karius just weeks ago.
“This weekend I have been called every offensive name under the sun, with `whore’ being the most common.
“I have been threatened that I will be stabbed in my organs, that my family will be killed, being told they are already dead, being told to kill myself, that the Russian mafia are after me etc etc.
“I’ve laughed it off, deleted as many comments as I can, because I do think you’re all a bunch of lunatics.
“However in what world is this okay?”
The 27-year-old added, “I’m honestly baffled at the sanity of some people.
“I’m not entirely sure what I have been accused of in the Russian press but I have been SINGLE for the last year.
“If you’re thinking of sending me another message telling me to ‘die bitch’ blah blah blah just take a minute to assess your life.
“Love Island starts tonight so maybe watch that instead.”
It was recently revealed that Karius was suffering from concussion when he gifted Karim Benzema and Gareth Bale goals in the Kiev final.
It was the result of an elbow from Sergio Ramos just minutes before he threw the ball right in front of Benzema.
He underwent a head scan at a Boston hospital and the following statement was released afterwards.
“On May 31, 2018 Karius underwent a comprehensive examination by Dr. Ross Zafonte and Dr. Lenore Herget in Boston at Massachusetts General Hospital and Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital.
“After carefully reviewing game film and integrating a detailed history – including his reported present and immediate post-contact subjective symptoms – physical examination and objective metrics, we have concluded that Mr Karius sustained a concussion during the match May 26, 2018.”
